Max comes to Brainheart Growth with a wealth of experience building and leading high-performing teams. In his early career, Max served our country in the United States Navy during Operation Enduring Freedom. He deployed once and was part of countless training exercises stateside and abroad. He received a Letter of Commendation from the Commanding Officer of the USS Nimitz, and the Rear Admiral of Carrier Strike Group 11 for his actions and leadership during his years of active-duty service.
When Max came home, he earned his bachelor’s degree in human physiology from the University of Iowa. Since then, he has facilitated the successful launch of 3 products in the biotech space and has amassed 10 years of sales and leadership experience in the private sector.
Max has a passion for building, coaching, and operationalizing winning teams. In his free time, you can find Max hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
